Egg Roll in a Bowl

2teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 cup thinly sliced white onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 pound 93% lean ground turkey
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1/2 (14-ounce) bag classic coleslaw mix
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons less-sodium soy sauce
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon ground black pepper
1 green onion, sliced

1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add white onion; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add turkey and chili garlic sauce; cook 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, breaking up turkey with side of spoon.

2.Add coleslaw mix, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes or until coleslaw is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.

3.Serve turkey mixture sprinkled with green onion.
