Blue Cheese & Date Stuffed Apricots

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 6

1/3cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4cup chopped pitted dates
3 apricots, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

1. In small bowl, stir cheese and dates.

2.Fill cut side of apricots with cheese mixture; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almonds.
